1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CyberFortify Solutions' security scanning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Authorization Requirement

YOU MUST BE AUTHORIZED to perform security testing on any domain or system you submit for scanning. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the domain or system being scanned, OR
• You have explicit written permission from the owner to conduct security testing, OR
• You are an authorized employee or contractor with security testing responsibilities

Unauthorized scanning of computer systems is illegal under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and similar laws worldwide. You accept full legal responsibility for ensuring proper authorization.

3. Service Description

CyberFortify Solutions provides automated external security reconnaissance and vulnerability scanning services. Our scans are designed to identify potential security issues from an external attacker's perspective, including:

• Subdomain enumeration and asset discovery
• SSL/TLS configuration analysis
• Open port and service detection
• Known vulnerability identification (CVEs)
• DNS security configuration review
• Dark web credential exposure checks

4. Limitations of Service

Our scanning services:

• Are not guaranteed to find all vulnerabilities
• Do not constitute a comprehensive penetration test
• May produce false positives or miss certain issues
• Should be used as one component of a broader security program

5. Data Handling

Scan results are stored securely and are only accessible via unique, time-limited download links sent to the email address you provide. We do not sell or share your scan data with third parties. Scan reports are automatically deleted after 30 days.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CYBERFORTIFY SOLUTIONS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CYBERFORTIFY SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyberFortify Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, including any unauthorized scanning activities.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
